Fan Club

For some reason, there seems to be a Mrs. Hancock Fan club among my students (not a real official club, btw).

I sat with my students at lunch, as part of Friendship Week (a thing I made up to help them get along, be friends and have fun). As I entered the lunchroom, a few girls squealed "Scoot over, make room for Mrs. Hancock!" Then, a few of them told me they wrote about me in their school writing journals. They all drew me pictures. I told one girl her pictures were on my fridge. She almost fainted.

Ok, so this post is not bragging. I just think its really funny. I remember people saying, those 4th grade boys will have crushes on you because you're young. When in fact, its the fourth grade girls who seem to love me the most! haha.

Probably cuz I'm on those fourth grade boys' behavior like butter on bread.
