I promise I won't be writing a blog post for every day of Nolan's life..haha that might be a LITTLE much. But this blog is a sort-of-journal and so I wanted to write things as a record!
So he is now breathing on his own! They checked for jaundice, so far so good!
We gave him a blessing this morning: my bishop, my dad, Josh, Josh's brother. His blessing told him to keep fighting, and to become the man Heavenly Father wants him to be. It also said for him to be strong and healthy.
He is still eating out of a tube. He hasn't seemed to show hunger signals yet, so they're watching for that. He has a strong sucking reflex they said though!
Tomorrow, the neurologist will check him out and do some evaluations. On Tuesday, they will do an MRI on him! I am nervous for that. I am hoping for the best and hoping I will be able to handle whatever I'm told.

Praying for the best tomorrow! I think you have been prepared for the worst, so you can handle any news. He is so precious. Isn't it amazing how quickly you can love him? <3 Love you, Ames.
