Hancock Goals: 2013

Well, well. I am usually NOT stellar at New Year's resolutions. What Josh and I did last year was pick one thing to work on all year. ONE thing, ONE focus. It worked marveously because we accomplished it! Last year, our focus was saving money and keeping a budget.

This year, our goal is family health. We made a focus every month regarding health. I want to share it so I am accountable! I will post on this blog on how we're doing on all of our goals!


January:
·      Eliminate impulse eating by planning every meal each week

February:
·      Limit how often we frequent public eateries
·      Take more careful consideration to the quality of the food we eat at restaurants

March:
·      Work on the quality of the snacks we eat each day

April:
·      No dessert

May
·      Run 4 times a week

June
·      Run a 5k together

July
·      Drink a vegetable smoothie every day

August
·      No white bread

September
·      Daily cardio

October
·      No candy

November
·      Portion control

December
·      Reward ourselves with a ski trip to Utah if we complete all of our goals for the year
