Josh decided to lose weight and do the Paleo diet. That is "the caveman diet", basically you can have eggs, meat, vegetables and fruits. That's it. No bread, dairy, starches, even legumes like green beans!!
I decided to make a health change too. I go to the gym at least 3 times a week, a walk at least 2 times a week, and we both ate much healthier. We get almond milk, make things with almond or coconut flour, avoid desserts and most breads, have a salad with almost every meal and eat a ton of avocado. If we go out to eat, we try to follow these same rules. We feel great and we want to change our eating habits. For good!
