I can't believe Bennett is 5 months old. It's both exciting and a little depressing. I really thought he'd be off oxygen by now. Sigh. He is back to 1 liter. That is what he was discharged at. So I feel like he really hasn't made any progress in the 3 months he's been home. Oh well. I just try to take it a day at a time.
He isn't rolling over yet. He will roll to his side though. He likes sitting up but can't sit in the bump or exersaucer yet, he is still a bit wobbly. His progress and development is slow. It can be discouraging. A physical therapist comes to our home twice a month to work with him. He is going to start feeding therapy soon too.
On a happy note, he sleeps well at night, likes to grab things, play on his playmat. He is already addicted to screens, and when Nolan is watching something, Bennett is glued too, haha.
He is a sweetheart. He is so cuddly. I love when he makes sounds and smiles. He is not happy very often but it does happen.
Happy 5 months Bennett!
