Halloween

We had a great Halloween! Nolan wanted to be a cheetah, since he loves zoo animals. Although, he recently told us he is SO OVER zoo animals and back into dinosaurs. :) So we borrowed the monkey costume from friends and got Ellis an elephant costume. Then, I made t-shirts for Josh and I. It turned out to be a fun family costume! The letters kept coming off though, it was annoying!
My mom got this outfit for Ellis and we wore it to Nolan's school for his Halloween parade.

Bennett the monkey and his preschool teacher
Cute Ellis the skeleton!
Nolan and his really good friend, Milian who has asked to marry him...and she said yes... eek... You can tell they are good friends because now the teacher moved them away from each other, into different tables, haha.
The PTO put on a Mary Poppins theme at the school. They had a bird lady, the principal was Mary Poppins, we had signs and umbrellas. It was awesome! And we all dressed up as chimney sweeps.

We made spooky pizzas for dinner. Then, we got our first trick or treater at 5:30 and it was Nolan's neighborhood friend, Chesa. Unknown to Josh and I, Nolan gave her candy and then left with her! We didn't know until her mom texted us that he was with them. Oh man. He was NOT happy when we made him come home and wait for us to go trick or treating.

They lasted about 30 minutes and then they came home and enjoyed answering the door.

It was a fun October!
