Flagstaff!

 

We had a great time in Flagstaff! We decided back in October to go there end of December for a little family adventure. We stayed in this cute cabin with a fireplace and a loft. It had woods in the backyard for the boys to play. I stressed beforehand about the weather, would it snow enough and if the national parks would be open because of the partial government shutdown. But it all turned out okay! We went sledding, went to Bearizona, took Nolan ice skating (he was kind of upset about it...) and went to Sunset Crater. 

Funny story is the cabin had 2 bedrooms. One in a loft, one in a downstairs bedroom. Queen beds in both. Original plan was Josh and I would stay in one with baby Ellis in pack n' play. Nolan and Bennett stay in the other, share a bed. First night, Nolan and Bennett woke up and came to get me. I put Nolan on the couch and Bennett back in the room. Second night, I slept with Nolan, Josh with Bennett but in the middle of the night, both boys kicked us out and we both ended up on the couch, haha. Happy 9th anniversary to us!
