I want this blog to become a family book.
So I thought, I should probably record a milestone in Nolan's development....
HE'S WALKING!
Around 8 months, he learned to roll over both ways. He was a rolling machine.
Around 10 months, he went crazy---he learned to crawl, cruise and walk, all in the span of 3-4 weeks!
When he learned to crawl, I remember that I was at the RS Broadcast, and Josh was home with Nolan. He texted me a video that said, "Nolan's crawling!" I saw my phone light up in my purse and I read the text and I was DYING to leave the chapel and watch the video. I was sad I missed the first time he crawled.
He walked one week ago Sunday. He had been taking a few steps here and there. But we went to my Uncle's house for dinner, and he got brave and took 5+ steps! He also crawled up their stairs a bunch.
Here's the evidence:
SORRY THAT MY SOCKS ARE IN SOME OF THE PICTURES...haha...
I can already tell he's going to be a busybody!!! I keep waiting for Lydia to crawl. She's so close! Isn't this such a fun stage?!
ReplyDeleteYay! Haha -- time to baby proof!! Be prepared for the perm-bruise this age usually brings-- especially with active little boys! :) How early was he (born)? He's not even a year yet is he?
ReplyDeleteHe's 11 months. It's nice that he's wearing the helmet for his head shape! But only one more week then he will be officially unprotected from getting hurt all the time!
